WASHINGTON (Reuters] – A number of civil rights groups who helped Georgia Democrats win the state in 2020 elections plan to boycott Joe Biden’s speech in Atlanta Tuesday, because they are disappointed at the lack in action regarding voting rights.

The groups who will not be attending called Biden’s visit “unacceptable,” unless the announcement of the finalized voting rights plan will be made and passed by both chambers.
