REUTERS/Emily Elconin(Reuters) – The appeal regarding New York’s mask mandates was granted a stay by a judge, keeping in force the law during legal proceedings, New York Attorney General Letitia Jam stated on Tuesday.
One week prior to its expiration, the mask mandate had been struck down by a judge. In an effort to stop the ruling from being finalized, the state’s attorney general filed a motion for stay.
