(Reuters) – Cineworld Group Plc announced Tuesday that it was in talks with ex-shareholders of Regal Entertainment, its U.S. subsidiary. The discussions concern a possible rescheduling for the British cinema operator’s payments obligations.

In September, the London-listed company announced it would pay $170million to shareholders unhappy with 2017’s price for the U.S. chain.
