Toshiba says 3D drops part of proposal on articles of incorporation -Breaking

TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan’s Toshiba Corp announced Tuesday that 3D Investment Partners (OTC) had withdrawn a part of its shareholder proposal.

Toshiba announced last week that it would hold an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on March 24, in order to obtain initial approval for the hiveoff of its device business.

3D Investment Partners is located in Singapore.
