WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – Operations at the U.S. embassy Minsk were suspended. Non-emergency personnel and their families are allowed to voluntarily leave the U.S. embassy Moscow. Secretary of State Blinken made this statement Monday.

Blinken stated that the security and safety concerns resulting from an unprovoked, unjustified Russian attack on Ukraine had prompted Blinken to take these measures.
