Christine Lagarde, President of European Central Bank, stated Tuesday.
Lagarde spoke out in a speech emphasizing the bank’s policy stance after last Thursday’s Governing council meeting.
She said that while other growth options are possible, the inflation rate is expected to fall gradually and reach 2% by 2024.
