BofA names three bankers to drive financials-focused investment banking -memo By Reuters

(Reuters) – Bank of America Corp (NYSE:) has named three bankers to head its global financial institutions investment banking business, according to a company memo seen by Reuters on Monday.

Each of the three bankers – Will Addas and Gary Howe – have more than 20 years experience in this sector. The memo stated that the trio would be reporting to Thomas Sheehan (head of global investment banking).

Addas and Howe co-heads Americas financial institution investment banking. Cocini co-heads Europe, Middle East and Africa financial institutions investment bank (EMEA), according to the memo.

A bank spokesperson confirmed that the contents of this memo were true.

According to the memo, Arif Vohra was named chairman of EMEA investment banking by the Charlotte-based bank.
