(Reuters) – Lennar Corp (NYSE:), the No. On Monday, the No. 2 U.S. housebuilder reported a jump in quarterly profit, thanks to rising prices and higher demand.

From $666.4million, which was $2.12 per shares a year before, the net earnings of the company increased 111% to $1.41Billion or $4.52 each share in the period ended August 31.
