Indian prime minister to meet U.S. company CEOs during U.S. visit By Reuters

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is due to holds talks with U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris on Thursday, will also meet chief executives of several U.S. companies, including Qualcomm (NASDAQ:) and Blackstone (NYSE:), two sources said.
Sources familiar with Modi’s plans said Modi would discuss with Harris the COVID-19 Pandemic, increased cooperation in technology, space, and other areas, as well as supply chain issues.
According to sources, Modi will also meet chief executives from companies like Adobe (NASDAQ;), First Solar (NASDAQ.:) and General Atomics.
Modi will also be attending a White House four-way summit that includes President Joe Biden, the leaders from Australia and Japan. This meeting aims to increase cooperation in Indo-Pacific amid China’s increasing dominance.
