FRANKFURT (Reuters) – Many of the drivers of the recent spike in euro zone inflation are temporary and due to fade in the next year, European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde said in an interview aired on CNBC on Friday.

Lagarde stated that “we think there will be more stability in 2015 because many of these causes for higher prices are temporary.” When you examine the causes, it is most likely that it has something to do with high energy prices.
