Oil Stockpile Jumped 4.6 Million Barrels Last Week: EIA By Investing.com

The Energy Information Administration announced Wednesday that U.S. crude oil stocks unexpectedly rose in the last week.

rose 4.578 million barrels last week, compared with analysts’ expectations for a draw of 1.652 million barrels.

According to the EIA, stockpiles which includes diesel and rose 385,000 barrels against the expectations for a draw in excess of 1.648 millions barrels.

The EIA reported that inventories rose 193,000 barrels last Friday, in contrast to expectations of an increase of 1.4 Million barrels.
