Australia stocks higher at close of trade; S&P/ASX 200 up 0.87% By Investing.com

Investing.com – Australia stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
The added 0.8% was available at Sydney’s close.
Perenti Global Ltd. (ASX) was the best performer of the session, rising 9.20% or 0.08 points to close at 0.950. During the meantime, Hub24 Ltd (ASX.:) gained 5.2% or 1.48 to finish at 27.35. Magellan Financial Group Ltd. was up 5.57% (or 1.79 points) to 33.90 late trade.
EML Payments Ltd. (ASX) was the worst performer of the session, falling 14.59% or 0.54 point to close at 3.16. Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals Ltd. declined 3.51% (or 1.48 point) to close at 40.72. Whitehaven Coal Ltd. was down 3.29% (or 0.110 points) to 3.230.
The Sydney Stock Exchange saw rising stocks surpass declining stocks by 861 to 5,19, and 363 respectively at the end of the day.
The , which measures the implied volatility of S&P/ASX 200 options, was down 2.24% to 14.255.
Dec delivery gold futures fell 0.14% to $1756.65 per troy an ounce. Other commodities traded included Crude oil, which rose by 1.03 percent to reach $79.34/barrel in November, and December Brent oil, which rose by 1.03 to trade for $82.98/barrel.
The Australian Dollar/USD declined by 0.2% to 0.7293 and the Australian Dollar/JPY rose by 0.8% to 81.65
At 94.315, the US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.10%.
