Lordstown claimed that Kroll is a veteran of the capital, operations and financial markets. Kroll was previously an investment banker for JP Morgan with a particular focus on the automobile industry.
The company’s founder, Chief Executive Steve Burns, and Julio Rodriguez, CFO, announced their sudden resignations in June. This was just days after electric vehicle maker Tesla warned it might not have the money necessary to keep the business afloat for the next year.
