G7 leaders issue central bank digital currency guidelines By Cointelegraph

Group of Seven advanced economic nations has been discussing central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) this week, concluding that they should “do no harm” and meet rigorous standards.

On Oct. 13, G7 finance leaders met in Washington to discuss digital currencies at central banks. They also approved 13 principles of public policy regarding their implementation.
