Exclusive Interview with Dr. Rajpushpa Labh & Ms. Sakshi Kanshik, Co-Founders of medGrids

CoinQuora had an amazing time at the World Blockchain Summit, which was held at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. The team has the opportunity to network with great people working in blockchain. Dr. Rajpushpa Labh (co-founder of MedGrids) shared many insightful insights with me about the project.

Q. Q.

She is Ms. Sakshi Kanshik. Our doctors are from India. We co-founded the concept medGrids. We co-founded medGrids which is a combination of digital healthcare data and delivery systems. Our mission is to improve the patient experience from beginning to end using a digital platform. We have something not just for patients. We are working with medGrids to digitize all aspects of the healthcare ecosystem using blockchain.

Q. What does the blockchain do to integrate with your project or make it connect?

So basically, to create any digital framework in healthcare, you need to share or store people’s data. It is important to have excellent consent management and privacy management tools for sensitive data such as healthcare. So blockchain, with its inherent property of being decentralized, like even medGrids cannot control your data while it is on medGrids, it will be controlled will be completely in the patient’s hands. The decentralization of the data management, as well as individual consent management, such a peer-to peer sharing of data or using self-sovereignness and zero knowledge proofs that we also use, will allow you to give a portion of your records to specific companies and authorities in a time stamped fashion, so they can read and/or write. As someone can’t read the document you have, a doctor or other medical professional can still read and make changes to it for a specific time period, perhaps two, five, or even ten minutes.

Q. Q.

We are basically a project that was incubated at the Indian Institute of Technology in India. Our purpose was to license the technology, but we have been on a fundraising spree. Our project is now publicized. Yes. So there’s like,

Yes. Yeah, and yes, we do have many innovative products inside of medGrids. We wanted to share the many innovations in medicals.

Q. Q.

At the event we will be at booth #C15. We also have a Dubai company registered in DMCC. medGrids DMCC refers to the company name. Additionally, our office is located at the crypto center. You can reach us via our website or our email.

Q. Do you have any final thoughts?

We at medGrids want to help you manage your own health and care. This is what we came up with, because healthcare today is all about doctors and healthcare workers. This is all about us. Doctors and nurses are at ease. But, there’s very little for patients. Here we are. It is important that patients are involved in their care and health. This is an important topic. It is very important to discuss health. We want to talk with people about their health.
