Associated Press plans to launch Chainlink node to publish data -Breaking

The Associated Press reported that its Chainlink oracle network node would launch to protect data from broadcasters and U.S. newspapers.
The Associated Press (or AP) made an announcement on Oct. 21, detailing their plans to expand the AP network. smart contract developers would have access to the agency’s “economic, sports, and race call data” once the node was operational. According to the AP it will make data available on-chain so developers can reference them in their applications.
