WASHINGTON (Reuters] – U.S. House Leader Steny Hoyer stated Tuesday that Democrats were hopeful of reaching agreement on their domestic investments bill in the “next few hours.” Then, they plan to move to vote this week on a separate bipartisan legislation on infrastructure.

The No. 3 Democratic leader has not reached a consensus with Democrats on how to improve the nation’s borrowing capacity beyond December 3. At a briefing, the 2 House Democratic Leader stated that they would “get it done one or another.”
