To offer its crypto services in the UK, The FCA registers Crypterium
  • Crypterium is registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
  • Crypterium can now provide trading and crypto wallet services to UK citizens and companies.

Surprisingly the UK Financial Conduct Authority has granted Crypterium permission to offer its crypto services for citizens and businesses in the UK.

Crypterium was the only fintech provider that received the registration. Other tech companies have applied but the FCA is still not satisfied. Crypterium is ecstatic to have this registration, which will allow it to grow its crypto momentum in the UK.

Moreover, following the UK’s anti-money laundering (AML) rules, Crypterium will operate under “certain crypto asset activities.” Also, this registration further allows Crypterium to offer its crypto wallet services, digital assets trading, and payment services to everybody in the UK.

On a technical note, the authority approved the Crypterium’s registration to meet upcoming Brexit measures, according to the report. This allows Crypterium, in essence, to offer the UK the same crypto functionality.

At the moment, Crypterium’s wallet application can now be found in over 170 countries which have garnered more than 400,000 clients since its inception.

Steven Parker, CEO of Crypterium said:

It is an amazing opportunity to become an FCA registered firm. Crypterium is now a brand new company. It puts accessibility and security first. We offer a great set of services and can now show how they are performed with complete compliance to some of our most stringent assessment criteria.

This milestone gives Crypterium an opportunity to register with many companies already in existence. To name a few of them, the already registered companies include Winklevoss twins’ crypto exchange Gemini, CoinJar, Ziglu, and others.
