WASHINGTON (Reuters] – U.S. President Joe Biden stated on Thursday that his party has achieved a historic economic framework for a spending bill. The spending bill includes significant investments in the country, people, and will aid with reducing the deficit.

Biden’s remarks were made from the White House shortly before Biden is due to travel overseas to attend the G20 Leaders Meeting in Rome, followed by the U.N. Conference on Climate Change in Glasgow, Scotland.
