Subreddit WallStreetBets, (WSB), became very popular following the GameStop short squeeze (NYSE:) earlier in this year. Many Reddit stock have struggled to keep the price levels achieved by their short squeezes due to weak fundamentals. Reddit shares AMC Entertainment (NYSE;), Digital World Acquisition(DWAC) and Progenity [PROG] to us appear significantly overvalued at the current price levels. They could also witness a decline. Avoid these stocks now. Let’s discuss.Earlier this year, the Reddit community WallStreetBets (WSB) came to the fore due to the GameStop Corporation’s (GME) short squeeze. Although many stocks enjoyed skyrocketing stock prices due to retail trading (influenced by discussions about WSB), most of these stocks could not sustain the same price levels because of weak fundamentals.

Reddit’s popularity is declining among meme investors. Quiver Quantitative reports that the October average number of comments per day on WSB has fallen half compared with November 2020.

Therefore, it may be prudent not to invest in overvalued Reddit shares AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Digital World Acquisition Corp., or Progenity, Inc.
