Simon Property (NYSE 🙂 and Investing.com announced Monday the results of their third quarter. They beat analysts’ predictions, with revenue exceeding expectations.

Simon Property reported earnings per share at $2.07 on $1.3B in revenue. Investing.com polled analyst to predict EPS at $1.06 on $1.15 billion in revenue.

Simon Property shares rose 75% over the first of the year but are down 0.03% from November 1’s 52 week high $149.41. They are outperforming the S&P 500 which is up 22.83% from the start of the year.

Simon Property joins other top earnings in the Services sector for this month

Simon Property’s earnings report comes after Amazon.com missed its expectations on Thursday. Amazon.com reported an EPS of $6.12 for revenue $110.81B. Forecasts were for EPS $8.9 for revenue $111.55B.

Visa A beat all expectations with fourth quarter earnings per share of $1.62 on $6.56B in revenue, as compared to $1.55 forecasted on $6.52B revenue.
