Clover Finance (CLV), will host a pre-crowdloan to coincide with the opening of official parachain auctions. It is for CLV auctions on Binance that will begin today. Additionally, Binance will accept DOT during the pre-crowdloan, and Clover Finance will only distribute $10 million of CLV to Binance participants.

Clover Finance, which will be starting the pre-crowdloan events and set to officially join Polkadot’s parachain slot list, will do so. The auction will be held for one week. Each crowdloan period for each spot will end on March 3, 2022.

Notably, there will be two batches of crowdloans hosted — the first batch will have five parachain slots and is slated to start onboarding on December 17th, 2021. On the other side, there will be six parachain slots in the second batch. It is scheduled to begin onboarding on March 11, 2022. The CLV they receive will not be locked up to DOT contributors during this phase.

Additionally, participants in the Binance official crowdloan and pre-crowdloan can earn 1:0 bDOT to the DOT they contribute. Note that bDot will be a Parachain Auction Bond and is liquid on Binance. It represents the committed crowdloan DOT. Users will be able to earn liquid bDOT as well as bonus CLV by participating in Binance’s crowdloan.

The Binance Pre-Crowdloan

Clover will then use both the precrowdloan funds and the DOT that was raised in regular crowdloan periods beginning on November 11th to take part in the parachain auction. Clover Finance plans to take part in the auctions’ first round from November 11th through December 16th.

Clover Finance will not be listed in the parachain auction. Clover Finance will be listed as the highest apy applicant in this auction. Clover Finance supports multichain and nft.
