BoE’s Bailey says he is very uneasy about inflation -Breaking

LONDON, (Reuters) – On Monday Andrew Bailey, Bank of England Governor and other high ranking officials spoke with lawmakers about the Bank’s decision to hold interest rates at their current levels and the latest economic outlook.

“I feel very worried about the current inflation situation. We didn’t want to see inflation rise above the target, but it isn’t where we needed to be. However, I thought it was very close to the final decision.
