U.S. administers 449.5 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines

(Reuters) – As of Saturday morning, 449,955,588 COVID-19 vaccinations had been administered in America. The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that 567,081,775 vaccines were distributed.

These figures represent an increase from the 448.155.906 vaccination doses that the CDC claimed had been administered by Nov. 19 of the 562,868,095 vaccine doses.

It stated that 229 837 421 people received at least one dose, while 196 128,496 were fully vaccinated by the time of publication. ET Saturday

Two-dose vaccinations are included in the CDC tally Moderna (NASDAQ:) and Pfizer/BioNTech, as well as Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:)’s one-shot vaccine.

A booster dose has been given to approximately 34.5 million people Pfizer (NYSE:), Moderna or Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine. Booster doses from Moderna and Johnson & Johnson were authorized by the U.S. health regulator on Oct. 20.
