Investing.com – Germany stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Frankfurt closed with the Index falling 4.15%, the index losing 3.32% and the index dropping 1.25%.

They were the top performers at the session Zalando SE (DE): The close was up 5.35%, or 4.19 points. It traded at 82.49. Meanwhile, HelloFresh SE (DE:), gained 5.07%, or 4.60 points, to close at 95.26. Sartorius AG VZO O.N. Late trade saw a rise of 4.17% (or 23.200) in the DE:.

These were the worst performers of the session. Airbus Group SE (DE:) fell 11.55% or 12.97 point to trade at 99.29 by the end. MTU Aero Engines NA O.N. (DE): The decline of 10.51% or 19.73 point to close at 168.05, Muench. Rueckvers. VNA O.N. (DE): The VNA O.N. was down 7.2% or 17.77 to 235.33.

These were the top performers on MDAX Software AG (DE) rose 9.44%, to 38.020 TeamViewer AG (DE:), which rose 3.35% to settle in 12.35 CompuGroup Medical AG O.N. (DE:), which gained 1.57% and closed at 68.100.

Deutsche Lufthansa AG was among the worst-performing, falling 12.34% – 5.447 in trade late. Fraport AG (DE) lost 11.10% and settled at 54.000. Thyssenkrupp AG O.N. (DE:), which fell 8.71% to 9.736 by the end.

Software AG (DE) rose 9.44% at 38.020 and Sartorius AG VZO O.N. were the top performers on TecDAX. (DE) was up 4.17% and settled at 580.000. TeamViewer AG(DE:) gained 3.35% and closed at 12.35.

These were the worst performers Morphosys AG O.N. (DE:), which fell 6.85% to 35.360 by late trade. Nordex SE O.N. (DE:), which fell 5.08% to settle in 15.710, 11 AG (DE) at the close. This was down 4.72% from 25.020.

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing stock by 656 to 82, while 35 ended the same.
