Kyle Rittenhouse becomes key figure in Trump world

Kyle Rittenhouse said that after being acquitted on Friday of the murder charge and several other charges, he wanted not to get involved in politics. He was also disturbed at how his case was politicized.

A few prominent conservatives tried to make Rittenhouse a hero. Rittenhouse was carrying an AR-15-style rifle and was on Kenosha’s streets during the protests against the shooting of Black man Jacob Blake. Rittenhouse commented on politics and polarization during Tucker Carlson’s Fox News program. A crew was embedded with Rittenhouse’s team throughout his trial. In photos, he has been photographed alongside Republican operatives and met Donald Trump at his private Mar-a-Lago Club in Florida.

Jillian Anderson (a former Fox News booker and contestant on The Bachelor) is one key figure in Rittenhouse’s new post-acquittal journey. Her LinkedIn page shows that she was once a cheerleader for Washington Football Team.

Anderson photographed next to Rittenhouse at a Florida restaurant after he was acquitted. Another group included Carlson, and additional photos. Anderson has posted almost all these photos on her social media accounts.

Anderson stated that she is working with the team in a twitter message. This was after Rittenhouse asked her about Rittenhouse. CNBC should then email Anderson. Anderson has not responded to numerous requests for comment since then.

Anderson has been a close associate with Trump and his conservative allies over the years. According to Federal Election Commission records, CNBC reviewed the Federal Election Commission records and found that Anderson was recently paid more than $10,000 by an Ohio Senate campaign political action committee for media relations consulting. Anderson was paid by Team Josh, a political action committee that supports Josh Mandel’s Ohio Senate campaign. Anderson shared a split screen photo on her Twitter page this week of herself, alongside another featuring Mandel holding up a laptop. Mandel has called Rittenhouse an “American hero” and “role model.”

Anderson and Rittenhouse were also photographed recently next to Adam Waldeck. Waldeck worked as a Republican House Speaker in 2012 before running right-leaning organizations that don’t publicly reveal their donors. One organizations took aim at Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election before changing its name to 1776 Action to focus on fighting critical race theory education. Waldeck was photographed with Rittenhouse in an Anderson photo posted on social media.

Anderson is a Trump ally. The Federalist is a conservative magazine lists Anderson as an Ambassador of Turning Point USA and the Falkirk Center. Turning Point USA was founded by Charlie Kirk (longtime Trump supporter), and advocates for conservative voices at schools campuses.

The Falkirk Center supports evangelical Liberty University as a think-tank. Anderson claims that Jack Posobiec was her long-time right-wing activist and operative, which she credits for the “behind scenes” plans she has.

Anderson also posted a photo of her at an event held at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago in November. Trump attended the event with Anderson, along with many Trump allies like Sen. Lindsey Graham and Rep. Madison Cawthorn. Cawthorn was part of a group of conservative lawmakers that suggested Rittenhouse might come to work in his office.
