According to local media, a push to increase gross domestic product in Thailand by targeting crypto-digital nomads seems closer to becoming a reality.

It Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has been looking into launching its own utility token called TAT Coin since September as part of a planned “crypto tourism” campaign. It aims at Crypto-riches are easy to attract digital nomads and the TAT has been in discussions with the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding TAT Coin’s issuance.
