NetApp Earnings, Revenue Beat in Q2 -Breaking

NetApp (NASDAQ 🙂 announced Tuesday the results of its second quarter. The revenue beat expectations and beat forecasts by Investing.com.

NetApp reported earnings per share at $1.28 on $1.57B in revenue. Investing.com polled analysts and predicted EPS at $1.21 for revenue $1.55B.

NetApp shares rose 34% over the first year but are down 6.07% from October 15, when it hit a 52-week high at $94.69. The Nasdaq is also up by 20.56% since the beginning of the year.

NetApp is following other important earnings in the Information Technology sector this month

NetApp reported after NVIDIA beat them on earnings on November 17. They reported EPS at $1.17 per share on $7.1B revenue, while forecasts were for EPS at $1.11 revenue.

Cisco beat all expectations with a first quarter earnings per share of $0.82 on $12.9B in revenue, as compared to a forecast of $0.8042 for revenue of $12.98B.
