Fed’s Daly says officials may need to start crafting plan for rate increase -Breaking

(Reuters] – Federal Reserve officers must always be prepared for different economic circumstances. Therefore, it may be time to create a plan to raise interest rates to reduce inflation above target.

Fed officials could need to dial down the excess accommodation they give to the economy, and then start formulating a plan for raising the interest rates, Daly suggested during an online event hosted by the Peterson Institute for International Economics.
