Kremlin calls U.S.-Russia ties ‘lamentable’ on eve of Putin-Biden call -Breaking

There they will be discussing the tense Ukrainian situation.
Dmitry Peskov (Kremlin spokesperson) said NATO would focus Tuesday’s calls as well as long-term assurances of Russia’s security with the West. Putin said Moscow requires these guarantees.
