London Stock Exchange acquires Quantile -Breaking

(Reuters) – London Stock Exchange Group (LON.) plc stated Monday that Quantile Group Limited had been acquired by it to broaden its portfolio of Post Trade Risk Management Solutions.

Quantile offers portfolio, margin and capital optimization services.

LSEG has agreed to pay up to £274 million ($362 million) to Quantile’s shareholders.

LSEG has finanical data-analytics provider Refinitiv. Thomson Reuters (NYSE:), the parent company of Reuters News in 2018, by a consortium headed by Blackstone (NYSE 🙂 prior to being purchased by LSEG on January 20,21.

Thomson Reuters holds a minority share in LSEG, and Refinitiv receives Thomson Reuters news distribution.($1 = 0.7561 pounds)
