Investing.com – Germany stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Frankfurt closed with the index declining 0.10% and the market falling 0.57%. The index also lost 0.78%.

Top performers in the MDAX were Scout24 AG (DE:) which rose 1.77% to 59.900, K&S AG (DE:) which was up 1.77% to settle at 16.017 and TeamViewer AG (DE) closed at 11.72 after gaining 1.08%.

Rational AG, DE: was among the worst-performing companies. It fell 3.74% and closed at 828.00 in trade late. Nemetschek AG O.N. O.N.

SAP SE (DE :), which rose 1.17%, to 119.780; TeamViewer AG [DE :] which increased 1.08%, to settle at 11.72 was the top performer on the TecDAX. Vantage Towers AG (DE:), which closed at 30.51 with a gain of 1.03%.

These were the worst performers Morphosys AG O.N. (DE:), which fell 4.93% at 33.550 late trade. Nemetschek AG O.N. (DE:), which fell 3.56% to 107.050, and SMA Solar Technology AG(DE:), which dropped 3.24% at 39.400 by the end.

By 440 to 252, falling stocks outnumbered advancing on Frankfurt Stock Exchange. 86 was left unchanged.

Shares in K&S AG (DE:) rose to 52-week highs; up 1.77% or 0.279 to 16.017.
