U.S. Postal Service, NAACP reach settlement on election mail -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters), – The U.S. Postal Service and NAACP agreed to a settlement over election mail.

USPS had agreed that the congressional mid-term election of 2022 would take extraordinary measures similar to those used for ballot delivery in the November 2020 election. Postal Service has also committed to posting guidance documents to publicize its efforts in good faith to monitor and deliver Election Mail on time for the elections from 2022 through 2028.
