Investing.com — Nuclear fuel company Centrus Energy The stock exchange (NYSE:), which received a boost Tuesday from Roth Capital analysts was one of the most important movers.

Roth Capital raised the price target for the stock from $57 to $58, to reflect the “small benefit” of the Preferred Stock redemption, analyst Joe Reagor explained to investors in a research paper.

He also stated that the share price of Centrus has fallen significantly since his last article about it. This is a result of Centrus’s non-fundamental trading. However, he expects operating results to be better next year.

Centrus Energy’s shares reached an intraday record of $88.88 but have been falling steadily since, reaching a low last Wednesday of under $44. Centrus Energy’s stock has risen 16% since Roth’s today’s announcement.

Reagor explained, “Given the current stock price of $47.06 for the company and our expectation for improved operating results by 2022, we have returned to a Buy rating.”
