U.S. CDC investigating nearly 70 cruise ships hit by COVID-19 cases -Breaking

(Reuters) – On Monday, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention stated that nearly 70 cruise ships were under investigation after COVID-19 reports onboard. The Omicron variant disrupted holiday travel during the weekend of Christmas.

According to the CDC, COVID-19 cases found on 68 vessels had exceeded its threshold of investigation.
