Interfax reported Friday that the test was completed.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has spoken highly of the weapon, calling it part of an unrivalled arsenal.
Putin called last week’s missile test “a major event” and said that it was “a significant step” to increase Russia’s defense capabilities.
