Singapore Q4 home prices rise 5% q/q, most since 2010 -Breaking

SINGAPORE (Reuters – Singapore’s fourth quarter saw a 5% increase in private home prices, which was the largest in over ten years, preliminary data revealed on Monday.

The price of everything in 2021 increased 10.6%, which was a contrast to the 2.2% rise recorded in 2020.
