NEW YORK (Reuters) – Nike Inc (NYSE: ) has filed a lawsuit against Inc alleging discrimination Lululemon Athletica Mirror Home Gym (NASDAQ:) Inc. of Patent Infringement for Making and Selling the Apps.
Manhattan Federal Court was the venue for the lawsuit.
