White House says decision to enact vaccine mandates for schools up to local school districts -Breaking

(Reuters] – On Thursday, the White House stated that it was up to each school district to decide whether or not to enact vaccination mandates in schools.

Jen Psaki, White House Press Secretary, stated that decisions regarding schools …. would always rest with local school districts as to what actions should be taken.

In addition, the White House said that they would make every effort to ensure schools are kept open. Chicago was one of the worst examples, with officials cancelling classes at the third-largest district school on Wednesday due to disagreements with teachers’ union.
