Court documents revealed that this is according to court records.
Mosby is a Democrat and was elected Baltimore’s top magistrate in 2015. She has been indicted by a federal grand jury for taking $40,000 out of her city retirement fund in May 2020. Mosby falsely claimed that she had suffered COVID-19-related difficulties.
Prosecutors claim that Mosby, 41 years old, used part the money to pay a downpayment on a Florida vacation house in Kissimeee.
