(Reuters) – Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ:) The company will examine the effectiveness of its sexual harassment policies and discrimination practices. This is in response to a shareholder proposal, the board of directors stated on Thursday.

A transparency report will be produced by the review that summarises the findings of all sexual harassment investigations against directors and senior executives in the past years. This includes allegations that the probe began in 2019 with Bill Gates.
