China aviation regulator suspends eight more incoming U.S. flights -Breaking

BEIJING, (Reuters) – China’s aviation regulator suspended eight more U.S.-bound flights on Tuesday. This brings the year’s total of cancellations to 84.

China Civil Aviation Administration (CAAC) ordered United Airlines to continue suspending four flights from San Francisco, Shanghai and Beijing over COVID-19 issues. It also directed Delta Air Lines (NYSE 🙂 to cancel two flights departing from Seattle to Shanghai starting the week of January 31.

American Airlines (NASDAQ 🙂 announced the cancellation of two Dallas-to Shanghai flights over COVID-19.
