KUALA LUMPUR, (Reuters) – Former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad of Malaysia has been admitted at a hospital. A spokesperson said that he was there on Saturday.
Although the spokesperson stated that Mahathir had been admitted to the National Heart Institute’s cardiac care unit, she did not provide any details.
The 96 year-old is still an active lawyer and was admitted this month for the second consecutive time.
