Jed Rakoff of Manhattan’s federal court announced that Palin had tested positive again for the virus on Monday.
Rakoff claimed that Rakoff was “of course not vaccinated,” as per the Reuters news site.
Rakoff was still waiting on the results of the second Palin-related test. This will decide whether or not it can proceed with the trial.
Palin sued the Times, as well its ex-editorial page editor, for allegedly damaging the reputation of her with an editorial in 2017. It suggested that an image Palin produced through his political action committee was responsible for the shooting of Rep. Gabby Giffords (Arizona) in 2011.
