Apple reportedly preparing low-cost iPhone, iPad for March launch

AppleAccording to, new products could be launched as early as March 8th. a report from Bloomberg.
According to the report, Apple will announce at this event a low-cost 5G iPhone/iPad and possibly a new Mac.
Apple would launch the laptop for the first time since its October 2021 unveiling of new MacBook Pro laptops. Bloomberg reports that it will be broadcast live via a virtual stream. Since March 2020’s outbreak of Covid-19, Apple has hosted virtual events.
Apple offers the iPhone SE low-cost iPhone, currently available for just $399. It was launched in spring 2020. The iPhone SE is Apple’s most recent iPhone model and features the Touch ID fingerprint sensor. According to the report, an updated iPhone model might have the same design as the original but with faster processing speeds and support for 5G.
According to the report, the updated iPad Air is the expected new model. This device, which was last updated on October 2020, retails at $599.
The Apple iPad Business was the only product that saw declining sales during the December quarter. Apple stated that slowing iPad sales to schools and large volume buyers was the principal reason for the decline in business.
Apple’s lower-cost devices launches are less significant to them than their traditional fall launches which show pricier, more profitable iPhone models before the holiday season.
Apple might have timed the launch event to coincide with iOS 15.4, Apple’s most recent version of iPhone software.
IOS 15.4 is currently being beta tested. You can expect it to have several new features like facial recognition for unlocking the device when wearing a mask or new emoji.
