WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – Toyota Motor Corp (NYSE:) Corp stated Monday that it had not resumed production at three of its manufacturing lines in Ontario, despite a U.S.-Canadian bridge being reopened.

Japanese automaker, Nissan, has stopped production at its Ontario plants, which produce the RAV4 sports utility vehicle. This is due to parts shortages resulting from disruptions caused by protests from Canadian truckers.

Toyota indicated that “related disruptions will continue this week in Ontario”. Toyota said that production at its West Virginia and Kentucky plants will continue to be affected on Monday.
