In a Tuesday court filing, the lawyer representing the accuser stated that he had reached an agreement with the court to settle a lawsuit against Prince Andrew in Britain. The suit alleges that Prince Andrew sexually assaulted an underage girl when she was under the supervision of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Minwell.

This was a shocking development that occurred in Manhattan federal Court. Andrew failed to win the Virginia Giuffre suit and had also been stripped of honorifics relating to his membership of Britain’s royal families.

A tentative settlement was reached, but details have not been released. The lawsuit will be dismissed as soon as possible.

Giuffre was addressed by David Boies, a highly-experienced lawyer who wrote to Judge Lewis Kaplan to say that he and his counsel for defendant had reached an agreement in principle.

Boies said that the parties expected to file a statement of dissolution of the case in thirty (30) days. “In interim, the parties ask that the Court suspend any deadlines and keep the action in abeyance.”

This is important breaking news. Keep checking back for more updates.
