The Danish shipping company announced Tuesday that Jim Hagemann Snabe, Moller-Maersk Chairman, has told the board that he won’t stand for reelection. They plan to replace him with Robert Maersk Uggla.
According to the company, it will host an annual general assembly on March 15.
