Virgin Galactic stock rises as ticket sales reopen $150,000 deposit

Space tourism company Virgin GalacticThe company announced Tuesday that ticket sales will open to the public Wednesday. A $150,000 deposit is required.
Prices for Virgin Galactic tickets begin at $450,000, the company announced last year. They offer three sales options: single-seat purchases, package seats for friends, couples or families, or entire flight bookings. The company has said previously that — of the $150,000 deposit — $25,000 is not refundable.
