Security Council voting power and declared that Russian actions are “genocide.”
This is terror. “This is terror. They will bomb more Ukrainian cities and they will kill more of our children. “This is the evil which has entered our land, and it must be eradicated,” Zelenskiy stated in a brief video message.
He said that Russia’s actions against Ukraine were evidence of genocide.
